adrien bit my finger!

unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve seen the hilariously adorable charlie bit my finger youtube vid. those two cuties have run up over 198 million views!

but what happens when charlie grows up? late-nighter jimmy kimmel and guest adrien brody have given us the answer!! brody, on his promotional round for new movie splice, joined forces with kimmel to act out a movie adaptation of the viral video.

“gimme yo finga!” love it.

it’s mtv time.

tuning in for the mtv movie awards this weekend? they’re certainly working overtime to promote this puppy! the mtv movie awards are set to go live this sunday, june 6th at 9pm.

hosted by funnyman aziz ansari, we’re promised on heckuva time:

“there will indeed be lights, cameras and lots of action. you don’t want to miss the most talked about jaw dropping moments you know you will be discussing at the water cooler and you won’t be talking about if Best Male Performance hopeful Zac Efron parted his hair to the right or the left. there will be BIG moments people.”

check out some hilarious promo vids with tom cruise’s alter-ego, les grossman.

thanks for the advice, urban!

another retailer promoting bad body image! first we saw photoshop disasters at ralph lauren and ann taylor. now urban outfitters is joining the party!

take a look at their newest t-shirt – proclaiming “eat less!” the website description reads:

“eat less or more or however much you’d like in this seriously soft knit tee cut long and topped with a v-neck.”

i mean, we’re not STUPID! even if it is just a t-shirt, it obviously isn’t doing much for promoting healthy body image.

what do you think? worth the concern or no big deal?

attack of the daily show

so, attack of the show‘s olivia munn. i can’t really put my finger on it, but for some reason i’ve never really been a huge fan of her. don’t know why.

but ANYWAY, she just scored herself a pretty awesome new gig – the newest daily show correspondent! see her debut bit above. think she’s a good fit?

she’s kinda been all over lately – first there was her minor role in the movies date night and iron man 2. she’s also joined the cast of nbc’s upcoming sitcom, perfect couples. looks kinda funny actually – but not necessarily because of her. check out trailer here. the tagline?

“there’s no such thing as the perfect couple – even though it might look that way, behind closed doors it’s a whole different story. this new comedy is about three couples trying to keep the spark alive!

like her or not, looks like she’ll bombarding your internet, TV and movie screens for good!

going the distance

life imitates art? on-and-off-again couple drew barrymore and justin long are takin’ their romance to this big screen in this romantic comedy, going the distance, set to premiere on august 27th.

the distance makes light of everyone’s favorite pickle: long-distance relationships and just how “fun” they are for all who are involved. the two lovebirds start off as nothin’ serious, but then realize how into each other they are once drews’s character moves far, far away from her lover love. and then hilarity ensues. check out the trailer above. interested?

and lookie here! sounds like this one has a happy ending: “but despite the opposite coasts, the nay-saying friends and family, and a few unexpected temptations, the couple just might have found something like love, and with the help of a lot of texting, sexting and late-night phone calls, they might actually go the distance.”
