poor girl! espn sideline reporter erin andrews fell into complete shock upon hearing of a nude video of herself circulating on the web this morning. no, not that kind of nude video. apparently some sicko peeping tom videotaped andrews alone in her hotel room, TMZ reports.

while the video has since been pulled from the internet, sources are saying that it it appears the footage is from some sort of spy cam – perhaps from a hole drilled in her hotel room. talk about perverse! the video operator follows andrews around the room, and it is clear she was not aware she was being filmed.

immediately after hearing of the video, erin suited up with a high-powered attorney marshall grossman and the two are planning their attack. a lot needs to be done in order to find & persecute the pervy party, and step one is figuring out where the footage was filmed as erin has not the slightest idea as of now.

erin’s friends over at espn are also furious about the invasion of privacy & released this statement: “erin has been grievously wronged… she was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future. although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. we request respect of erin’s privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities.”
