best ‘american idol’ auditions EVER

while watching ‘american idol’ tonight, i was reminded of my favorite auditions of all time – hands down, the best. these two jewels both came from season 7. i remember being so shocked that what i was watching was actually real… yes, they’re that bad. or that GOOD!

milo turk decided to sing an original song, and original it was. in my opinion, the best part of the whole thing was the rhythmic stomping of the feet during his performance.

was that not the best thing you’ve ever watched? well here’s another doosie. alexis cohen, in all her glory, made for a great laugh as well. make sure to keep watching past the actual audition, because that’s where it gets good. enjoy!

ms. kate winslet, mother of two, is completely flawless yet again at the SAG awards. her dress is bold, unique, and simply gorgeous – unlike some of the other celebs there! not only did she look fabulous in her Narciso Rodriguez gown, but she also won best supporting actress for her role in ‘the reader’. she is on fiiiiire! 2 Golden Globes, a SAG award, and now up for best actress at the Academy Awards.

another best dressed in my book was anne hathaway. while she didn’t win the ‘best actress’ bid she was up for, her white gown was stunning. the grecian godess-inspired gown was a creation of Azaaro, featuring Cartier jewels. c-c-check ‘er out!
