a big f’ing deal!

famous people, listen up! if you got a mic attached to you, rest assured it will pick up noise. even whispers!

so, the healthcare reform passed. as vice president joe biden was introducing our President, he let a big ‘ole f-bomb slip! so hysterical. on live television, vp biden turned to the prez and said “this is a big f—-ing deal!”

and now you can get your very own “big f—ing deal” (bfd) t-shirt!! where do you find this fashion must-have? on barackobama.com, of course. the “bfd” t-shirt can be yours for only $25. the site explains:

there are things that are a big deal – birthdays, anniversaries, the superbowl. and then there are things that are a “bfd”, like delivering health insurance to 32 million Americans.

we worked hard together to make health reform a reality, and now you can celebrate this historic victory with this shirt. this shirt is super-soft, fine jersey cotton, union-printed, and made in the USA.”

so funny. will you be ordering one? check out the video of infamous biden’s slip-up below!

almost perfect

this just in: megan fox has a flaw! i know, who woulda known?

ms. fox starred in her very own superbowl commercial this past weekend, which featured her promoting a motorola phone in – where else? – a bathtub. but when it came time for megan to show off the phone in a close-up, she enlisted the help of a stunt thumb!

apparently the little lady has brachydactyly which means she’s got a bit of a clubbed thumb (see picture). about 1 in 1,000 people “suffer” from the condition so she and her misshapen thumb are not alone.

considering the 30-second commersh cost about $3 million to air, it’s clear motorola was taking no chances when it came to the perfection of their ad. take a look at the commercial below, stunt thumb and all.

who dat

did you enjoy your superbowl party yesterday? well apparently so did a lot of people. superbowl xliv has officially taken its place as the most-watched program in USA history! more than 106.5 million people tuned in to see the saints prevail over the colts yesterday.

in comparison, last year’s superbowl garnered 98.7 million. the superbowl has surpassed the last record-holder, 1983′s finale of “m*a*s*h”, which boasted 105.97 million viewers. but hey, how many fewer television sets were there back in ’83? i went to a party at a house with 22 tv’s, for pete’s sake! regardless, superbowl xliv is now the reigning ratings champ.

check out a few commercials that made the game even more interesting!

supercommercials

well, the superbowl has come and gone! and besides being disappointed at the outcome of the game, i did find some good commericals. one of my favorites was the doritos “crystal ball” commersh. i think it was funny because i was NOT expecting him to throw it. and, his strange, over-excited voice got me rolling too.

my other fave was definitely the conan o’brien bud light commercial. i’ve always been a fan of his. he has such a self-deprecating sense of humor, such comedic timing. anywho, conan got me again with this vid. he is pretty darn funny.
